Many users have found it difficult to collect a list of accounts followed by an Instagram profile… This usually matters when using unfollowing services, such as [ARC Following on Instagram](http://promo.apibossa.pw/?key=ucLg3Y56SmKijtzJ95h43Q==), which support whitelists (lists of accounts to keep following after unfollowing others). Users often need special software to collect their current following list. It usually includes people they want to stay in touch with: friends and acquaintances.

Unfollowing services can remove friends and acquaintances along with reciprocal or non-reciprocal follows. Many services therefore support whitelists: customers add people they never want to unfollow, even if those people do not follow back. But the question remains: how can you collect the list of accounts you follow on your own Instagram profile?

The solution is very simple; Instagram’s developers have already provided for it.

## How to collect your following list

- call the Instagram settings menu;

- open “Privacy and Security”, select “Access Data”, then find “Accounts You Follow”;

Selecting the desired profiles in the list is a schematic illustration, not an interface snapshot.

- click “More” to view the complete list of usernames belonging to accounts you follow;

- you can now select the whole list and copy it to the clipboard, then send it to your unfollowing service. For example, if you use the service [inARC Following](http://forum.bos.bz/topic/13-opisanie-uslugi-in-arc-following-instagram-ark-folloving/), paste this list of usernames into the “Show profile whitelist” box.

**P.S.:** We recommend that you more often turn to the study of the standard functionality of Instagram - there are many useful options.
